DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Job Responsibility

  • Visualize Customer Journey in a Finance industry, identify challenges from current operation, and define CX strategy, focusing on BtoC (Business to Customer).
  • Aligning CX Strategy with latest Technology and proposed tools (such as Website, CRM Tools such as Freshmarketer, Freshdesk, SEM, etc.), implementation approach, including ROI analysis.
  • Aligning CX Strategy with Client’s Digital Marketing initiatives and proposed the most effective approach, including Customer profile, Digital Advertising method, KPI definitions, etc.
  • Monitor & analyze the result of CX initiatives, identify improvement points and propose for improvement through PDCA activities.
  • Up to date with overall Client’s Industry, including competitor analysis, market research for latest trend & technology and provide insights to the Client.
  • Well versed in Customer needs & behavior, especially in Indonesia market and taking pro-active steps to maintain positive experience.
  • Keep learning and developing new skills, as well as encourage team member’s skills development.

Required Skills/ Experience

  • Strong CX background with proven Track Record (especially in BtoC centric in Finance industry), preferably with more than 5 years experience.
  • Extensive experience in gathering and visualizing CX information, through empathy, listening skills, and desktop research.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill. Not hesitate to discuss with Clients at Managerial level and good at constructing relationship.
  • Ability to collaborate with various Stakeholders (Business, Technical), proceed and coordinate the Project through proper Project Management methodology.
  • Flexible and agile, in accordance to the very dynamic nature of CX; Quick to pin-point Critical issues that need immediate fixing and also identify opportunities to build stronger Customer experience.
  • Ability to gather, interpret, analyze and visualize Data as the result of any CX initiatives.
  • Integrity, curiosity and strong willingness to learn new things from any situation as a professional consultant.
  • Able to quickly adept with the latest Trend & Technology in CX & Digital Marketing fields.
  • Fluent English for both speaking and writing.
