DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
Responsibilities:
- Manage Hotel room inventory and availability, as well as to monitor room allocations
- Ensure all reservations and guest data are recorded accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with Hotel standards
- Attend to all reservation enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Capitalize on room revenue through upselling to higher category rooms
- Handle general requests from guests, such as requesting for extra amenities, wake-up call services and overseas calls
Requirements:
- Place of work in Indonesia, at the branch office of The Scarlet Singapore
- Exposure to training in Singapore
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel reservations of a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, with experience interacting with foreign travellers
- Customer-oriented with a keen interest in the Hospitality Industry
- Meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision
- Tech savvy, with competent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Well-groomed and presentable, between 21 to 45 years of age
- Work is shift based
